I do not see anything specific to Hardware Issues which, generally, would be the cause of this computer issue.

Important, in this Software Setup and running all this Third Party Software - it is also possible the Computer is acting this way because it may be Over Heating  under this heavy load.

Do see several Software issues which could be a Contributing Factors for the Panic Reports.

Problem: Computer is restarting

Description: My mbp always automatically reboot when its fans speed up, and it usually shutdown with a loud voice of its fans.

Major Issues:

Q - Unsigned files - There are unsigned software files installed that could be malicious and should be reviewed.

A - Self explanatory and will required to actively review all Third Party Software installed

Q - Gatekeeper disabled - Gatekeeper security protection is disabled. This computer is at risk of malware infection

A - Personal Choice but do suggest having in On.

Q - Apple security disabled - Apple security software is disabled. This computer is at risk of malware infection.

A - Personal Choice but do suggest having in On.

Minor Issues:

Q - Stuck iCloud - This computer has pending iCloud transfers.

Q - Network: iCloud Status: 70 pending files

A - This usually indicates some Network Issues and / or Third Party Software installed that is interfering with Network Access

Q - Unsigned files - There are unsigned software files installed. These files could be old, incompatible, and cause problems. They should be reviewed.

A - Self explanatory and again will required the user to evaluate Third Party Software for updates / upgrades or outright replacements for Monterey Compatible Software

Q - System modifications - There are a large number of system modifications running in the background.

A - Running a heavily modified operating system may result in unintended consequences including what the computer is experiencing now, Panics

Hardware Information:

MacBook Pro (13-inch, 2020, Two Thunderbolt 3 ports)  MacBook Pro Model: MacBookPro16,3

Drives:

Q -  disk0 - APPLE SSD AP0256N 251.00 GB (Solid State - TRIM: Yes)

Q - disk1s6 - Size: 250.69 GB Free: 50.39 GB

A - It is suggested to keep at least 15%  to 20% of the Drive Total Capacity as Empty Space for good operations of the computer and for additional updates to Monterey to download, expand and install.

Unsigned Files:

Q1 -  Launchd: /Library/LaunchDaemons/com.netease.nemu.startup.plist

Q2 - Launchd: /Library/LaunchDaemons/com.nalpeiron.netpro.plist

Q3 -  Launchd: /Library/LaunchDaemons/com.intel.haxm.plist

Q4 - Kernel Extensions:  /Library/Application Support/Nemu

A1 to A4 above - Not sure of any of these Application Extensions but the “ Nemu/Startup.sh restart “ & “ intelhaxm.kext/Contents/Resources/haxm_start.sh “ could also be a big contribution to this issue

User Login Items:

Q - Running] BetterTouchTool (folivora.AI GmbH - installed 2022-07-01)

Q -   [Not Loaded] MenubarX Helper (App Store - installed 2022-07-31)

A - Although the user whats these Application for specific reasons - it too can be a factor in this computer issue

I believe a CATERR is hardware related. Maybe external.

However, you have several kernel extensions installed, some of which I’ve not seen before (Nemu). IntelHaxm is known to cause kernel panics.

You have so many system modifications installed that I think it would be more efficient to erase and reinstall, then run it with nothing installed or migrated. If you still get panics, it is likely hardware. If not, then it is likely one of those kernel extensions. Install what you think is absolutely necessary one-at-a-time and test.

Make sure you backup beforehand, and when the startup assistant runs, create a username that was not previously used so that it is easier to migrate when you’ve resolved the problem.

I am sure there are More Learned Contributors who can read the Panic Report and point you in possible causes.

But, I am not one of those

Alternative, which I can read and offer assistance with if you care to try the suggestion below.

Download the Application Etrecheck directly from the Developer.

The application is free or paid from added features.

It will take a Snap Shot -  both the hardware and software.

The Report will Not Reveal Any Personal Information.

Post back the Full Report - copy and paste - using the Additional Text Icon ( 3rd Icon to last )

We can have a look at the report for possible issues and may have possible suggestions to resolve the issues.

Thank you for these detailed answers!

I will try to follow some of your advices. Indeed I once completely reset my system which means I operate a system with none of those third party softwares, but it made no difference. My mac still reboot when I was just watching a live broadcast with that "totally new system" on safari and it made me upset. So I think maybe some hardware issue caused it?
