Thunderstrike
I need some advise. Is it much risk to leave my iphone charging overnight , increasing the probability of being hitten by lighting and get burnt( im living in area with thunders)

Your phone is no more at risk than every other electronic component that is plugged into your home. If it is a huge concern, make sure you plug it into a surge protector outlet of sorts.
