Hi app support staff
i was asking at times my Apple Pay ask for passcode. Not sure what to do . Once it recognize my face it works , not sure why this happens. Please advise. Should I use my passcode for my phone or to I need a new one for Apple Pay ?

You should use the code that you use to unlock your phone after a restart. There is no separate passcode for Apple Pay. Your phone will ask for a passcode if it can't ID your face.

Why does Apple Pay ask for a passcode not sure what codes to use , the one on my phone with facial I’d . Is that what I should do ?
