My iphone 11 stuck on apple logo screen and never booting to home. When i try to update it using itune it said you attached device ha not enough memory. Is there a way i could delete some file from ma phone because i don't want to loss my data by restoring.

No you can't delete files. And you need to restore to factory settings and not update. You're going to lose data if you haven't been backing up on a regular basis, proceed here If your iPhone is stuck on the Apple logo - Apple Support
