Downgrade Apple Watch Series 4

I've been trying to downgrade my AppleWatch from Watch OS 9 to Watch OS 8. I have successfully removed my Watch from the AppleWatch app on my iPhone 12 ProMax, but i can't restart my Watch or connect it to my iPhone. I have tried to restore my Watch to factory settings, but this doesn't seem to do the trick. When I connect my Watch to my iPhone I get the option to configure as new AppleWatch or to update, but it starts all over again. Have someone experienced something similar?

The reason to why I want to downgrade is because my banking apps doesn't work and there are many other bugs that needs to be solved before I upgrade again. I successfully downgraded my iPhone. I've been trying to connect my iPhone to my Watch but are unable to do so, because something goes wrong. When I open the Apple Watch app on my phone it seems to connect, but it doesn't do so. I have tried to restart the Watch in all options possible, but it doesn't help either. I have tried to reset my Watch but nothing helps. Sometimes the phone and Watch cooperate long enough to let me have the option to install a new update. When I choose this option it does not show any progress and reboots after a little while. Currently I have iOS 15.6 on my iPhone and WatchOS 9.0(beta) on the Apple Watch. Maybe I can try to install the iOS16 beta again?
