SiriusXM app just shows black screen? I have reset my phone, Updated iOS software, deleted and reinstalled Sirius XM several times. Same result each time just black screen. I also have reset network settings. If there’s any info on this or if there’s a way to download a different version of the app that is compatible. Please let me know

The app needs to be updated, go to the app in the App Store, click on it (don’t click open). Then it should give you an option to update it!!

Appreciate it but as I stated, I’ve done everything several times. Thanks for your response though, I guess I’m stuck with not using this app ..
same problem here... black screen. I reinstalled the app.. did nothing. I think the new version of this app its to blame. siriusxm needs to fix this and update the app.

For a resolution you will have to contact SiriusXM. BTW, mine works fine, and it’s up to date.
One question, for you and others in this thread. Are you using a VPN connection? If you are, delete the VPN app and profile.
You need to go to earlier version of the app. Google how to do that.
If you already do that steps, your next step will be to contact the developer of the application and tell him about this problem , use the second link to learn how to contact the app developer!
