How to use a boarding pass, ticket, or other pass on your iPhone

1. To open the boarding pass, ticket or other pass:

• If your iPhone has Face ID, double-click the side button. If prompted, authenticate with Face ID or enter your passcode to open Apple Wallet.

• If your iPhone has Touch ID, double-click the Home button.

2. Tap your default payment card to see your other cards.

3. Tap your boarding pass, ticket, or other pass and authenticate.

4. Scan or tap your iPhone at the contactless reader, or present it to the attendant.

I've talked with Apple support a few times, the second time got me bumped up to a specialist. Still no change. Tickets still disappear. The tech said the engineer asked for a screen shot video of the ticket disappearing.

Right. It doesn't happen that way. The tickets are added normally and appear in the wallet for a day or two. Then they're gone. They haven't yet disappeared while staring at the wallet.

Same problem. OS and apps are all current. Tickets were added and were there. The next day they weren't. And I've now added them 3 times, successfully, only to have them disappear after a day or so.

I am having the same issue. Tickets were added and were in the wallet, next day they were not. Added them again and verified they were in the wallet, next day they disappear. These ARE NOT expired tickets and do not appear with the expired tickets.
