I had to reset my phone for maintenance issues at the apple store and all my tickets in my wallet were gone and I can't access them again. How do I get it back?

If they do not appear after restoring from a backup you created before the maintenance, You will have to add them manually again.
Add, use, and share boarding passes, tickets, and other passes in Apple Wallet, please note that passes cannot be directly added within wallet, except for QR code enabled passes. For everything else, its done either through the associated app, an email, airdrop or a link in a website.
