My Passport external drive will not mount on my new MacBook Pro. It will not mount even when opening it in disk utility. This is the message I get: Could not mount “My Passport”. (com.apple.DiskManagement.disenter error 49153.)
Has anyone found a solution to this problem? I have thousands of picture files that I cannot open.
