Approved refund requests take up to 30 days for bank cards. Click here for more information.

If it's already been that long or the one used is no longer valid, ask your financial institution or the iTunes Store staff.

The people who answer questions on these boards are mostly other customers and won't know where the money is or exactly how long getting it will take.
