Hi, I have an iPhone 11, I need to use touch ID because of my disability but I can’t seem to access it, my phone is only letting me use face ID, is there a way I can change this?, If not what would you recommend?

The iPhone 11 does not have a Touch ID feature, only Face ID. If you really must use Touch ID I recommend an iPhone SE 2022 model. This is the newest iPhone model featuring Touch ID. The iPhone X,XR,XS, 11 series, 12 series and 13 series all feature Face ID instead of Touch ID

Troubleshooting Touch ID:
Clean your Finger:
Is your finger clean and dry? If not, clear it, rinse it with water, and the dry it up.
