Why do I get error 702 when I try to install creative cloud from Adobe?

Has the user verified this Specific version of Adobe Software is compatible with macOS 10.12.6 Sierra ?
It's the current version of the Creative Cloud app that Adobe uses to manage and monitor their Lightroom and Photo shop apps on ones PC.

After, all that is where this posting is appearing so reasonable to infer the computer is running OS X 10.12.6 Sierra
