When I'm trying to install Adobe Creative Cloud I get the error 702. When I check that up in Finders Terminal, I get the information that I'm not the administrator on my own computer? How's that and what do I do to correct that?

Apple menu -> System Preferences -> Users and Groups will tell you the kind of user you are logged into. A standard user has no administrative rights. If you lost your administrative password, see this article:

Keep in mind, if your Mac is new enough to have a T2 chip, you may need to change the security and lockdown of the T2 chip.
