Nowhere. Apple Renewed or Refurbished products are only carried by Apple's online Refurbished store.

Boost's Pre-Owned phones are apparently only available online on their website: https://www.boostmobile.com/shop/pre-owned-phones

Carrier stores unless they renew or refurbish iPhones themselves would not have such things in stock. You would need to contact Boost directly for info regarding which store if any carry such devices.

If Boost Mobile do refurbish them themselves, then it's not warrantied by Apple, and all support would be with the carrier directly and not Apple.
