Ipod touch (5th Gen) internet no working

I have ipod touch (5th gen). It shows connection to wifi but internet doesn’t work. Youtube, app store, safari etc. Says no internet or unable to connect. I have another ipad touch same model and it works fine. Even iphone& ipad share same home home router and all runs perfect.

steps taken so far but all in vain

1) Restarted Ipod & router

2) Reset all network setting on ipod

3) factory reset ipod

4) tried connecting to different neighbors router


please advise solution if anyone knows
