I can see who the email is from and it will load on my phone, (android) but on my mac mini running Mac OS 12.5 just the headers load. The message content does not. I've restarted the computer as well as the mail app. Will be using Mozilla Thunderbird until someone can help me fix this problem.

Thank you for posting in Apple Support Communities! Is this only happening with this particular email or does it happen with all emails? Do you use the "Hide IP Address" feature in Mail? If you go to the Mail menu > Preferences > Privacy, deselect Hide IP and Block all remote content to see if this continues.

YES!!
It wasn't loading any messages and I turned off Hide IP and now ALL my messages are loading in the Mail application on my mac. How you knew how to do that is beyond me. I'm going to keep this up so that others who are having the same problem can use your answer to fix the problem!!
