Apple Watch assistive touch issue.

I turned on assistive touch for one thing, Apple Pay. This has turned out to be a huge mistake though. When I turn on assistive touch in settings, the watch starts bugging out. It selects random apps and the screen moves toward the top left any time I open a new app or even touch the screen in grid view.

This is not a setting issue because I have every single option in accessibility set to “off” except for assistive touch and hand gestures. I have a every gesture set to “none” except for double pinch, which is Apple Pay. Is there an update I can do to fix this?

also, please don’t tell me to restart the watch or any of that junk, I’ve tried everything.
