Watch in titanium case without cellular option

I noticed that some watch options are only available as GPS+Cellular, can I use one of those without the cellular plan? I just like better quality case, but I don’t want separate cell plan.

yes, you need not activate the eSim then it will just work as the gps only model

apple watch can a series 1 apple watch pair with a se second generation? every time i try to pair i get a notification that i’m not connected to the internet, but i am. my phone is updated to the ios 16.2
