Carriers can share the same network. Check with the carrier. Carrier networks can have issues, and carriers can throttle traffic.

As for some apps working and some not, do you have an add-on VPN client app installed? If so, remove it, restart, and try again.

Cellular, or Wi-Fi? Are any apps working by the same cellular or Wi-Fi connection?

If you’re using cellular and no apps are working, check with your carrier.

What is happening (or not happening) with your Wi-Fi network?

Is your iPhone working as expected on other Wi-Fi networks?

If WhatsApp is causing issues, delete it, and try again.
