AppleTV Keeps Charging Even Though Cancelled

So a while ago I got the free trial for AppleTV+ to watch Prehistoric Planet and I MADE SURE to cancel my subscription when I was done so I wouldn't be charged and they're charging me anyway. I even go on the AppleTV website and it does not show I have a subscription. Mind you. I DO NOT have an Apple device, I use my PC or my Samsung phone. So any tips would be appreciated since customer support doesnt seem to exist with Apple.
