Bent lightning port pins? Brand new iphone13

Dear apple users,

Following my purchase of the iPhone 13, And after a quick inspection to confirm that the device is not physically damaged, I noticed that the lightning port has possibly 3 bent pins?

The phone came like this out of the box however it charges normally without problems. I wanted to confirm whether this is by design?

The pins which appears to be bent are:

Pin 2,3,7.

Would be difficult to take a photo due to it being very difficult to see.

any help please?
