I bought it iphone 13 pro max at one mobile shop. I just realize my phone don't have side sensor below power button. I wanna know what is different of another iphone 13 pro max. Is it different with region or not?

Perhaps you are referring to the mm Wave antenna found on some US models? If so, it is only available on those models and serves no purpose outside the US.
