Panic error kernel task

My laptop has been crashing frequently and giving me panic error reports. I suspect it has something to do with either Discord or the Parsec app as I use both to watch streams and stream remotely, but the crashes only started happening after recent updates so I would love to find out what is the cause and what the best approach may be.

The current stable release of Monterey including bug fixes, is macOS 12.5 - I would start there

Kernel Panics are predominately caused by hardware faults or faulty third-party kernel extensions.

If no insight or resolve—

Kernel Panic reports can be found /Library/Logs/DiagnosticReports - ends in .panic post the whole report.

From the Finder>Go>Go To Folder, copy and paste:

/Library/Logs/DiagnosticReports
