iPhone 13 Pro Max silence switch indicator colour faded out

My iPhone's silence switch has faded out completely leaving no orange colour behind. Why did this happen? I have went through 4 iPhone devices in my lifetime and none had this issue.

I did not rub alcohol on the device either.
