Tiktok “from your contact” is showing me people who idk

Tiktok has been showing accounts on my fyp saying that they are from my contacts while these people are not even from my country. I’m honestly really scared what is this?

How can I stop a hacker from reusing my phone number and accessing my accounts? My I cloud was hacked. I’m assuming it started with Fb. Then all the other meta data. The most damage was done due to the hacker somehow sharing my phone number and making themselves admin to my accounts. Making a WhatsApp account with my phone number and has since done this with every new number. I can’t stop it. Meta doesn’t care. My question is why doesn’t Apple take some responsibility in correcting this as we down load the FBs and what’s app accounts through there App. It’s illegal to start a WhatsApp under your account. It also helped the hacker break into my I cloud account. I seriously can’t take much more nor can I financially afford it. A new phone, telco, number, Apple account etc and the hacker had no trouble doing it all again. Help [Re-Titled by Moderator]
