You can remove root certificates, but beware that when you delete a certificate that's vital to connecting to an account or network, you cannot connect to those anymore after you have deleted the certificate

If you''re sure that you want to remove the certificate, go to

Settings>General>Device management>select a profile>click more details then tap the certificate to remove it
