Does "DICOM" have any meaning to you for an app you may have installed or maybe this is referencing a developer for an app you have installed? Or what created or is stored on the mounted volume "2022.07.29_1142"?

The part you need to address is what third party software or script are you running which is using the command line since something with that app or script is broken?

You would need a DICOM image viewing application to view that image on a CD from the hospital. Ask them what they recommend for Mac, or do they expect you to have a Windows PC?

The first sentence here has nothing to do with the Terminal application in macOS.
