a little water has entered my iphone 7, and I can't plug in the charger. What can i do?

Water/Liquid damage is not reversible. You can wait for a few hours to see whether that area dries and then works again. If not then have your iPhone examined at the Apple Store or at an Authorized Service Center for further diagnoses and a resolution.
