Battery health drops to 97 after iOS 15.6

Will there be any fix for the issues of battery health percentages caused on 13 pro max or others? Just after updating iOS 15.6 I have noticed serious battery drain when playing the same games for the same amount of time and had to charge multiple times! Is it happening with other users too?

Apple won’t replace the battery until it reaches 80% capacity.

Battery Health normally drops an average of about 1% a month over the first year. How old is the iPhone? If it is 3 months old or older, things are just fine.
