I'm trying to Calibrate my monitor on a 16" MacbookPro M1max

I am using a Calibrite Color Checker Display Pro to try and calibrate the Retina liquid Display XDR as well as an Eizo display as a second monitor. My display calibration device produces .icc profiles. How come I can't use .icc profiles anymore? How do I calibrate my monitors?

MacBook Pro 16″, macOS 12.5
