Pages background color

Hi I just wanted to know if there was any way to make the color of the whole page a certain background color, including designs or patterns for the background. Thank you!

To change the appearance of the page background you will need to create an image box that fills the entire page:

+Menu > Insert > Shape > Rectangle+ or create one from the ToolBar shapes menu.

Make sure it is a floating object:

+Inspector > Wrap > Floating+

Resize it to the size of the page or larger.

+Inspector > Graphic > Fill > Color Fill/Gradient fill etc+

+Menu > Arrange > Send Object to Background+

+Menu > Format > Advanced > Move Object to Section Master+

Make sure the page is designed the way you like it:

+Menu > Format > Advanced > Capture Pages… > Name it+

This page will now be available from the Sections menu on the toolbar.
