I’ve noticed recently that my iPhone’s battery health has been going down 1 percent each week. It is an iPhone 12 and It’s about to be one year of having it this September. I’m starting to get really worried if this is normal or not..

Depending on usage that is normal and is nothing to worry about. Generally, Apple will replace the battery under warranty if the health falls below 80% during the first year. See this for some charging tips by Lawrence Finch:
