subscription refund

good afternoon! I applied for a refund for the wrong app subscription. I received a letter that the money was returned. and there is no money on the card. please help me in this matter

Approved refund requests take up to 30 days for most payment methods. Click here for more information.


If it's already been that long or the one used is no longer valid, ask your financial institution or the iTunes Store staff.
