Hello, starting a couple of weeks ago, I can no longer copy text in Word on my Mac and paste it into the WhatsApp desktop version. It comes out blank. Unless I first paste it into the Text Edit app, then copy it from there and paste it into WhatsApp, which works fine, but is too much trouble for every day use. What is going on?
How can I fix this?

Copy from MS Word to TextEdit and then from TextEdit to WhatsApp
These is a Formatting issue within Word that WhatsApp can not handle
Better still, compose the intended text for WhatsApp in a Plain Text Editor

Use LibreOffice instead Word when opening documents you plan to paste to WhatsApp.
Hi, I had the same problem. Now I use Pages to compose a new message or to copy text from a word document. I then copy the text to WhatsApp.
