Hi, I have downloaded the Nike run club app, everytime I go to sign up, after I enter my email it comes up with error parsing response from server…I have updated my phone to the latest version and still no good. Please help

I am not sure if it’s a nike app issue as I am able to login and sign up with another phone, just this particular iPhone has the issue..
