Help accidentally upgraded to Apple one and it erased the Apple Music I paid for

Hi, I just paid my Apple Music family fee for the current month last week. I accidentally subscribed to Apple one and was charged 19.99 and requested a refund as I didn’t want to upgrade to Apple one of it was going to charge me after I already paid 16.99 just last week and would just upgrade before my Apple Music bill came up again. I got the refund but now my Apple Music is gone and I’m out the 16.99 I just paid last week.
