Apple Pages zoom question

In Apple Pages, I want to change my page size to a custom zoom size, rather than the ones listed. How can I do that?

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 12.5

There is no customization of zoom setting beyond what the Pages zoom tool provides. You can export that Pages document to PDF, and then the zoom tool in Apple's Preview allows one to zoom to any 3-digit zoom value you choose. You would have to visit the Preview View menu > Customize Toolbar… and drag/drop the Size tool onto the Preview toolbar.
