My iphone screen will not turn on. I can feel notification vibrations, but I cannot get the screen to turn on. I tried resetting the phone but nothing comes up when I hold down the buttons. When I hold down the increase volume and on/off button it vibrates then a siren noise goes off and nothing. I tried pressing the buttons like the apple website said and nothing.

iPhone 12, iOS 15

If you already tried (to no avail) a "forced" restart of that iPhone, using these instructions:--> Force restart iPhone – Apple Support, it might be a screen problem but we, just users like you, cannot diagnose that issue remotely, sorry.

I suggest that you make an appointment (*) and have your device inspected at an Apple Store or AASP (Apple Authorized Service Provider) among this list:--> Apple – Location Selector. After checking it out, they'll give you all the available options.

Regards

Giulio
