My iPad Air 4th gen is doing unselected restarts every few minutes, especially when not connected to charger. When it comes back up, the battery icon shows depleted, then soon jumps back up to expected level. Diagnostics at approved Apple shop showed no issues with battery or otherwise. Not sure how to proceed. Thanks for anything, Stan

The described behaviour is symptomatic of a failed (or failing) battery - despite the comments made by your “approved Apple repair shop”.
