FIRST, if you are using a VPN connection delete the VPN app and profile

Next: Try force-quitting the Facebook app, then restart it.

Plan B: Restart your phone

Plan C: Delete the Facebook app, restart your phone, then reinstall the FB app

Plan D: Contact Facebook support.
