After unwanted update to bigsur, everything f...d. I reinstall system I'm back on maverick. I can not connect to apple ID anymore. What is best next step?

When I try after reinstall connect to iCloud is required verification code what has to be shown on my other device. I have just phone and email. Nothing come and I can not go back to my account. Any ideas how to connect to apple ID over reinstalled mac where is not any other option?
