Apple ID not accepted on MacBook Pro 2011

I am using my iMac 24" 2021 for my daily computing but sometime I need to use my laptop too.

The problem is : My MacBook Pro 2011 gives the following error :

Your Apple ID can only be used on devices with iOs 16.2 or later or MacOS 13.1 or later. This MacBook Pro cannot be updated to the latest software.

I would be grateful if anyone suggests a solution. Thanks.
