I have tried to wipe my watch and all info comes back up

got a new phone, I erased my old phone on my watch and won't connect to the new phone. I don't have the option of manually pairing as the i is not available and when I reset to the factort settings it doesn't do anything and keeps my info the same.

Any help on what to do is greatly appreciated, thanks!

To unpair and erase watch and remove Activation Lock

From a web browser,sign in to iCloud.com with your Apple ID.

Go to Find iPhone.

Click All Devices at the top of the screen.

Click your Apple Watch.

Click Erase [device]. Select Next until the device is erased.

Click Remove from Account.

Then;

Setup your Watch to a new iPhone

You have to unpair the watch from your old phone,erasing it doesn't remove the activation lock.

Until the activation lock is removed you won't be able to pair it with your new phone.
