Apple Watch doesn’t say good morning
when my iPhone alarm goes off it says good morning but when I do it on my iwatch it doesn’t any idea why?

If you're using the Sleep tracking function, you'll see a screen that looks like this in the morning:
But it does not speak the words "Good Morning".
