Camera Not Working in Any Apps

Tried the SMC reset twice (older computer) on my 2016 MacBook Pro. Nevertheless, the camera is not working in FaceTime or any other apps. Under System Information>Hardware>Camera, the message "No video capture devices were found" is displayed. In FaceTime, it says "No Camera Available." Meanwhile in Zoom, I cannot even turn on my camera. This is all despite no restrictions in my computer's privacy or screen time settings and two SMC resets. Please let me know if there are any other potential fixes or if I will need to visit an Apple Store.
