Can I delete the SOS app?
Can I delete the SOS app completely from my watch and Iphone? My son has OCD would like to wear an apple watch but is so worried about the SOS function.

I'm afraid, you can only disable the automatic dialing, triggered by pressing the side button:

As far as I know, emergency numbers can't be blocked in the settings for Screen Time.
