how do I change my billing address on wallet?

my current billing address is an old one is italy. how can I change to my current US address?

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 12.4

Normally Billing addresses are tied to your payment method. If you still have an Italian payment method tied to your account it would be attached to the Italian billing address. You can manage your payment methods and their billing addresses by following the steps here: link-> Change, add, or remove Apple ID payment methods - Apple Support


If you have no Italian payment method on your account anymore, then the address may be just a shipping address that get's used as a billing address if no other address is available and may appear in your iTunes, App Store and iBooks Store receipts.

To change that, log in to https://secure5.store.apple.com/shop/account/home
