why would my firefox browser not work with United Airline site

I'm using a Macbook Air running High Sierra v. 10.13.6 with a Firefox browser 102.0.64 version. When I try to search for flights on the United Airlines web site, I get a message saying that I'm not authorized to access the web page. I think it may be a setting in my Firefox Preferences, but have not been able to fix it yet. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks.

If you think it’s your settings, reset Firefox and retest.

I'm running High Sierra and Firefox 103.0 - no problem accessing that website (just tried it).
