I have an Iphone 12, with a SE watch. I had to replace my watch and now Emergency bypass is 'dinging' on my watch, not alerting my phone at all. I want the emergency bypass to ring on my phone with the selected tone, but it's doing nothing on my phone. I don't care if it rings on my watch or not.

I think I found a solution. If you turn off notifications on your watch, emergency bypass goes back to your phone.
On the watch app on your phone, scroll down to 'messages' - select 'custom' and
'notifications off'.
Don't know the cons yet, I'll post again if I find any.

You can't. When the phone is locked, notifications go to the watch. That is as designed.
