Unable to set up account for Apple TV app

I set up an account using my Samsung Smart TV remote, provided password, credit card # etc and watched 2 episodes of Ted Lasso. I tried to watch the third but it wouldn't let me giving me the screen to set up for the 7-day trial. I thought after my 7 days was up they would then let me see more episodes but no. Since then I have attempted to watch more but it always sends me in a loop setting me up for another 7-day free period. Any ideas ? I've also been unsuccessful in being able to get to my account to see if the problem is there. Do you know how to access that?

Most episodes will allow a couple episodes to be viewed without a subscription. You would need to log into your Apple ID account to verify if you have an active subscription, in order to continue viewing.


The linked article refers to cancelling subscriptions, but it also outlines how to access the subscriptions tied to your account.
